Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education

Aerospace Workforce Video Series

Challenge

CareerTech, working with the Oklahoma Aerospace Alliance, needed to build interest in aerospace careers across all stages of education and into the workforce. The agency lacked the in-house capacity to produce a campaign of the required scale. The goal was to create a series that could inform, engage and inspire Oklahomans while filling a critical workforce pipeline.
