With more than 14 years at Jones Strategies, Taylor Ketchum leads strategy and client success across consumer, corporate, government, education and entertainment sectors. Since joining the agency, she has helped brands and organizations strengthen their stories through full-service marketing, PR and digital integration.
Taylor built and oversees Jones Activate, the agency’s influencer and advocacy division, and was instrumental in launching Jones’ digital and social media services in 2012. Her expertise combines analytics, creativity and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable results for clients across various industries, including hospitality, energy, aerospace and mental health.
An Accredited Public Relations (APR) professional, Taylor has earned top industry recognition, including PRSA-OKC’s Paul E. Dannelly Harmony Award, Oklahoma Christian University’s Communications Alumni of the Year, OK Gazette’s Forty Under 40 and OKC Friday’s Top 50 Young Professionals. Her work has contributed to national honors, including Silver Anvils, Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies and a Gold Lion from the Cannes International Festival of Creativity.
Taylor is an active leader in the profession and community, serving on the executive board of the South OKC Chamber and as PRSA-OKC Website Chair. She is a frequent speaker at PRSA conferences, universities and business groups, presenting on topics such as AI integration and mental health in communications.
Outside the office, she’s the proud wife of an Oklahoma teacher and coach, and mom to two daughters who keep her busy at the soccer field and dance studio. Taylor also writes weekly for OKCMom.com and MotherTriedWhat.com.
