Joshua Harlow joined Jones Public Relations in 2009 as an Account Executive and has risen to the role of Senior Vice President. During his time at the firm he has crafted and implemented strategic communications plans with a variety of organizations ranging from political action committees to Fortune 500 companies.
Joshua has been instrumental in guiding Jones PR projects for the nation's largest wireless company, Oklahoma's largest natural gas distributor, the state's only free market think-tank, the state's largest grassroots activists association, and many others. Joshua also leads the media, presentation and crisis communications training for Jones PR.
He has worked with free-market non-profits and advocacy organizations at both the state and local level, and has a background which includes campaign management, grassroots/ events management, strategic communications, media relations and training, direct-mail production and fundraising.
Additionally, Joshua previously served as the Legislative and Political Assistant to the Kansas Speaker of the House of Representatives where he served as the chief liaison to the House Republican Caucus and represented the Speaker across the state. He also helped lead the communications team for the Speaker and Republican Caucus.
Joshua graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri where he was Student Body President and continues to serve on the College Alumni Council. While an undergraduate, he served as a temporary-hire and honor intern at the White House, Federal Communications Commission, and Department of Labor. Most importantly, Joshua is a husband to Jenna and father to Walker. You can find him any weekend combining his passion for family and running across the state!
