First Oklahoma PR firm wins Cannes Lions Award for Down syndrome

Since 1954, the world’s most coveted marketing Lions Awards have been announced at Cannes International Festival of Creativity in France. Oklahoma’s Jones PR won a Gold Lion for the National Down Syndrome Society video, with Saatchi & Saatchi NY.

Members of Congress were invited to a pop-up restaurant, C21, staffed by individuals with Down syndrome. Instead of payment, guests received a message, “The bill is on us, changing the law is on you.”

A.B.L.E. to Work has passed and individuals with Down syndrome continue to prove they’re ready, willing and able to work.
